One-time setup (~5 min):
1. console.cloud.google.com → Create a new project
2. APIs & Services → Enable Google Drive API
3. OAuth consent screen → External → fill name & email → Save
4. Credentials → Create → OAuth 2.0 Client ID → Web application
   → Authorised JavaScript origins: add your site URL
5. Copy the Client ID and paste it above
